Hello fellow Ontarioians! My name is Nick Alves. I am 18 years young and looking for something to do this year before I go off into university!! I hope to one day make a difference, somehow, someway. What a better way to start than to be the Young & Free Ontario spokesperson! I have a passion for public speaking and have done many things to improve my passion such as debating, and student government for the past 4 years. I hope one day I will be good enough to become a Muchmusic VJ.

You may think that saving money is really hard, and that you wont be able to do the things that you want to do. WELL THINK AGAIN!
Saving money does not have to be as hard as it seems. Managing your money is the most important part. All you need is a part-time job, and bank account, and a vanilla bean frappicino (last one is for me).
As long as you can put away a set amount of money each pay check, you'll be able to pay for school, that dream car, or save to buy your first house in no time!
If you save just $50 each paycheck for one year, that's already $2600! Not too bad for working a part-time job. If you can save even more, then even better!
It's okay to splurge on something you really want like those cute shoes or new wicked video game one in a while. Moderation is the key. All you have to do is meet your goal amount you want to save each month, and you will be swimming in gold like Mr.Scrooge in no time!
